Introduction

Welcome to Kimberly Nail Salon and Spa. By accessing or using our services, including bookings, online resources, and communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking Policies

Appointments: All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is secured.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full charge fee.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.

Payment and Refunds

Payment: All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed services but may be issued for prepaid services canceled according to our cancellation policy.

Liability

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by products or services if you fail to disclose relevant medical or allergy information before the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.
